New orders inside PMPRO for recurring payments are not created. Which leads to not showing any recurring payments either for the website admin nor for the user. Besides this, since no orders are created, no emails are sent to the users after successful payments.

Failed payments doesn’t cancel a subscription. Basically, even tho users’ payments are failed (currently tested 3 failed payments), they can still access membership content and their membership doesn’t get canceled whatsoever.
