Consider recording of other tool types in responses interceptor #121

Currently Responses API interceptor only records function calls and custom calls.

Consider if more types of tool calls should be recorded:

• computer_call | item
• local_shell_call | item
• shell_call | item
• apply_patch_call | item

Not handled by client but maybe would be useful for observability:

• code_interpreter_call | item
• mcp_call | item

Probably not interesting:

• file_search_call | item
• web_search_call ? | item
• image_generation_call ? | item
