Reported Issue

We are not able to set specific times such as 11:11, 19:30, where we specify minutes, but you can if you select to the nearest hour times, such as 13:00, 20:00 etc. It saves normally, whatever time you choose to begin with and click Update schedule but then if you refresh the page, in the Next Occurrence box, it shows up as Invalid time .

Another edge case is setting HH:01 will save it as HH:10 when you save , HH:02 -> HH:20, HH:03-> HH:30 and if you try HH:06, it permanently breaks my /settings/schedule page
