TBD: We could start by just linking to GitHub, but that won't be helpful for environments that are air-gapped or firewall external network access.

I didn't breakout tickets yet because it needs some higher-level decisions before we do that.

I'm thinking in the spirit of agility we could simply add the UI that links to GitHub releases, and then later on solve the issue of perhaps serving them in-product.
