User can set PlatformX API Key and configure it as a notification source for specific (not all) events in Dashboard
We track telemetry on what notifications sources are used

Nice to have (may need a seperate issue)

Admin can configure multiple sources for an event (e.g. workspace created sends an email and a PlatformX notification)
