As a user, I do not want to see pages in the UI that are not yet built out for use.

While we will likely bring in some preview and marketing pages to help inform users of feature availability at the Enterprise level and/or upcoming community license levels - we will not be bringing those elements in for the initial releases.

Remove:

• Organizations page and Admin menu link
• Settings page and Admin menu link
