Problem Summary

Right now, coder users show dean only returns a username and email address, and doesn't return other fields like ID, created_at, status, orgs, roles

Definition of Done

coder users show should provide useful information and other fields other than just username and email address.

Bonus: it accepts other flags as arguments to find only specific fields
