One convenience feature of creating templates is if you run `coder templates create' in a folder with the main.tf, it uses the folder name as the template name in Coder.

coder templates update requires the template name to be specified, or it fails.

If this command is run in a folder, it should grab the folder name for the template look-up in Coder.
