Problem

When I click on an item in the WorkspaceAction dropdown, it gets a drop shadow that shows a box around the item with no left padding, which looks bad.

Definition of Done

When I click on an action, I get some feedback that my click worked, and that makes the bounding box visible, and it has padding on all sides.

It may also help to change the background color of the item when it's being clicked so that the effect is more visible.
