It's currently difficult to troubleshoot network connections in a Coder deployment without access to the coordinator's state.

An endpoint to dump the in-memory coordinator's state would make it possible for customers to send us to debug info to identify issues around dashboard<->agent and CLI<->agent connections. This could also be nicely wrapped in a coder debug command down the road, if we need to fetch other things.
