In V2 we have the cli initial setup.

We may want a setup mode experience for a new user's "First 5 Clicks".

This may be particularly useful for migrating new customers to walk them through initial setup and doing things like importing users, orgs and workspaces from V1.

Or entirely new users that want to setup and also import a list of users. Lots of goodness could be had here for that "First Experience".
