More of a task that surfaced after a comment on one of the PRs from Asher:

I tried running Toolbox 2.6.1 on my Windows VM (for some reason I cannot seem to get it running on Linux) but I keep getting "exit code: 7" and blank stderr,

Up until now I haven't tested how Toolbox behaves on Windows. I'll need to spin up a VM with Windows and do some smoke testing.

@code-asher @fioan89 I tested on an arm64 Windows 11 VM in VMWare Fusion, and it all works fine for me.

Awesome!! The only difference I can think of was that mine was Windows 10, but I think it is more likely I just have something misconfigured somewhere.
