Document the following features for agent devcontainer awareness:

  • How to define a devcontainer inside a template to be automatically started
  • Agent devcontainer file change notifications to restart
  • Agent/coderd endpoints to start / stop a devcontainer
  • How to open a devcontainer via coder open vscode
