I'm not entirely sure what happens, I don't see the coder plugin running, so maybe the logs are from a different session. But deploy errors usually happen when the control is grabbed by Gateway, trying to determine different details about the workspace host. For example it runs a bunch of commands like uname, ls, etc.. through the SSH, in the end copying, unzipping and starting the gateway backend. In the past there were failures in this area. My guess is that something went wrong with the backend deployment, either it was already running (I've noticed that backed does not close always) or some resources could not be accessed.

I'll leave this open for now. Please attach the logs as soon as this error occurs again.
