Today I discovered that the csvlint gem was updated 2021-01-14 with a change required to make validation work in ruby >2.5

They didn't update their release version so I couldn't get bundler to pick up the change.

I am guessing we don't care about this if each deployment of the Importer is grabbing the freshest version of the gem.

The raises some questions for me about how the gem is maintained. Probably not worth NOT using it at this point, but something to be aware of/keep an eye on?
