My name is Sakurai Yoshiaki, and I am a staff member at Kamoike Observation Center in Kaga City, Japan. I am writing to request permission to use the Polis logo on a flyer for a survey regarding the operation and management of our observation center.

Specifically, we would like to depict our observation center mascot holding the Polis logo. Could you please let us know if this is allowed, or advise whom we should contact regarding logo usage?
