Observed behavior

feed_info#feed_id is missing from the Data Tools editor and also from being loaded via JDBC.

Expected behavior

We should add this field to the loader, GraphQL endpoint, and datatools-ui editor. It is particularly needed because being able to edit this field is important for linking up the GTFS with realtime feeds in OTP router-config.
