I am not excited to review pull requests that reduce test coverage. Perhaps we need to add something like https://coverage.readthedocs.io to see where we are on code coverage. |

@jayvdb @cclauss: I'm a bit nervous about the fact that #305 and #353 have lain unreviewed for three and two weeks respectively. Should we start looking for another maintainer again?
