Next image is always the second image of the order inside the explorer, not the ACTUAL NEXT image next to the opened image. #2093

- ImageGlass version: 9.3 Beta (v9.2.1.216)
- ImageGlass release: Classic
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Not reproducable, very random occurance, see video
Actual behavior
- open windows folder with multiple images, potentially different formats
- open image by double clicking
- navigating to the next image using arrow keys
- second image in the order of the folder shows up, not the ACTUAL image that is next to the opened image
- Image Glass crashes
- sometimes the windows security alert goes on
Expected behavior
navigating to the next image should show the image that is next to the opened image, not jumping to the second image of the folder.
