Is it possible to add a way feature so the board admin or anyone i guess, to add times for other members?

i look throught the time clock of my employees next day and see holes that need to be filled. but i cant add it for them., they currently have to go in themselves and enter the time.
this takes away from their productivity.

perhaps the option to add time, would also have the option to allocate who`s clock to allocate it to?
