No the transaction nr. from the invoice can't be used as activation code. Based on my exp now:
I don't know if the activation email was sent automatically after payment (was processed by Dark Reader) or if it was trigged by me trying to activate w email only/email + tx id first. |

The first email is from our payment provider, the second one with activation instructions is from us. They are supposed to be sent at the same time after a successful payment completion. |

The second email came like 10 mins after the 1st one. This might have been caused by my email provider but thanks to that I also got confused about where to find the activation code. So maybe the instructions on your site/checkout could be clearer. Anyway, thanks for the great plugin 👍 |

I paid for a dark reader user fee, I'm not sure if it came with an activation code? Do we use the invoice reference number?
