Problem description:

• Eperson should have a possibility to edit metadata of already published Item (item published by himself). Edit User - there is a checkbox to allow editing users item by himself
• cfg property lr.allow.edit.metadata = LRT + Open Submissions Data & Tools means 'allow editing of every Item in the collection by his creators'
