“Open with GitHub Desktop” link does not populate URL when “Clone a Repository” dialog is already open #21702
Description
The problem
Clicking "Open with Github Desktop" on a Github repository does not populate the "Clone repository" dialog URL input if the dialog is already open. The local path input is not populated either.

Steps to reproduce the behavior
- Open Github Desktop
- Open: File > Clone repository > URL
- On a github.com repository, click Code > Open with Github Desktop
