  1. Fix the links, remove some obsolete tools 

    This list had been created in 2015/2016.
Since then, many tools have moved their homepage
or are not longer publicly available.
Some of the old links were pointing to dubious sites.

This commit fixes most of the links.
But I did not check if each tool still relevant, maintained or even
compatible with Python 3.
Also, I did not check for newer, better tools to add.
