Missing import statement, so the annotation cannot be used.

Code won't work since the class must be declared as injectable but annotation is not resolved

Current behavior

Code won't work since the class must be declared as injectable but annotation is not resolved

Implement the book tutorial action handler

Expected behavior

Code will work since the annotation will be resolved
