dtminnick/README.md

Hi, I'm Donnie Minnick!

I'm a seasoned process expert with 30 years in retirement services, currently driving enterprise transformation at Ascensus. As a member of our Transformation Office, I support leaders in identifying efficiencies, maximizing value delivery, and enabling scalable change.

I'm also pursuing a Master’s in Data Science, with a strong interest in bridging operational strategy and data analytics, especially through value stream analytics, data-driven assessments, and AI-powered insight generation.

What I'm Working On

  • Building R-based tools to accelerate exploratory data analysis and insight generation
  • Developing a modular EDA script framework for call center and operational datasets
  • Exploring LLMs to support customer experience analysis and business assessments
  • Prototyping transformation frameworks to measure ROI across transformation initiatives
  • Personal passion projects to deepen my skills as a practitioner.

My First R Package

I developed fdistr, an R package that simplifies creating frequency distribution tables. It’s my first step toward CRAN deployment, and I’m excited to expand from here.
