With the new paddle OCR, Greek language text is not recognised with none of the given language groups (Chinese, Latin etc.)

Describe the Desired Solution

Well, it would be cool if there was a language selection that would work also for Greek. I think that paddle OCR does indeed support the Greek language, so it should be a matter of exposing it to the UI of the app I guess.
