Median Baseline Correction

This function applies Friendrich’s model-free baseline flatting algorithm (Friendrichs JBNMR 1995 5 147-153). NMRPipe applies a different algorithm.

• dic Dictionary of NMRPipe parameters.
• data array of spectral data.
• nw Median window in points.
• sf Smoothing filter in points.
• sigma Gaussian convolution width.
