Parameters:

• data Array of spectral data.

• kern list or array describing correlation kernel (weights)

• m Defines how edges are determinded (‘reflect’,’constant’,’nearest’,

  ‘mirror’,’wrap’). Filter mode parameter.

• c Constant Value for use in ‘constant’ mode.
