Need a way to group features around organization. Organization is lower granularity than project which can a natural user-defined feature grouping category.

Adding organization as a string to feature view allows features to be queried by organization.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Store org as entry in tags map but then not easily queryable across lots of feature definitions

Need to support this at feature registry service level through API
