Hi Feather team,

First of all, thank you for your amazing work on this project.

I'm currently using Feather on macOS (monterey) and trying to connect my Keystone hardware wallet by scanning a QR code during wallet setup.

Every time I click "Scan QR", the application immediately crashes and closes.

I’ve tried:

• Reinstalling the app completely
• Resetting camera permissions (tccutil reset Camera)
• Launching from Launchpad
• macOS privacy settings show no request from Feather for camera access

This happens consistently on one Mac, while on another device it doesn't crash the app but camera still won't work (says no permission).

Would love to use the QR scanning feature — please let me know if there’s anything I can help with to debug this issue.
