Steps to reproduce

  1. Have flutter web app with ensureSemantics() in main
  2. Launch on web
  3. Turn on VoiceOver (Mac Screen Reader)

Expected results

VoiceOver is over to navigate through elements on screen and follow tab navigation

Actual results

It will highlight the page of the web browser, but only says 'empty' even using different navigation techniques with VoiceOver

@danagbemava-nc we have updated to 3.32 and VoiceOver is working as expected again :)
