On the master branch, the emergency label:

  • Unlocks the merge queue, allowing contributors to immediately add the PR to the merge queue
  • Instructs auto-submit to ignore the Tree Status check

On a release branch, such as flutter-3.32-candidate.0:

  • There is no merge queue
  • Contributors do not have permission to press "merge"
  • There is no tree status

As a result, my only option, is to wait for presubmits to run (and potentially flake and need to be rerun).
