I’d like to have “Quick Insert” below the code editor, along with where I now have the “Special Characters” and “Snippets” tool windows. I’m pretty sure I’ve had it there in the past.

Dragging the window along to “undock” works fine,
so does inserting it at the very left (as its own column),
so does dragging it back to the right as another tab where it’s now,
so does dragging it to the top right or bottom right as its own “row” within the right “column”.

Am I right in suspecting this as a regression?
