Way to reproduce

load dynamic graph
activate timeline and tighten the boundaries
use tool "Shortest path" it let's you select first node, but not the second
now isn't possible to manipulate with graph
when timeline is closed, graph dissapears
no graph can be imported + in new projects remain the same problem
