What happened

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Clone dialog
2. Select a repository and click Clone button
3. Repository clones
4. Team Explorer - Home is only displayed when clone has completed
5. Clone completed banner is immediately cleared

Expected behavior: [What you expect to happen]

1. Open Clone dialog
2. Select a repository and click Clone button
3. Team Explorer - Home is displayed
4. Progress is displayed as repository is cloned
5. Clone completed banner is displayed

Actual behavior: [What actually happens]

Team Explorer - Home is displayed at the end of the clone operation rather than at the start.
