would it be possible to add a credits field to the suggestion form, similar to how the repository form has?

Commonly, I run into the case the submitter of an advisory is not necessarily the person who should be credited.
It would come in handy to have a field the submitter can specify one or more GitHub handles to pass on their credit, if desired.
