GHSA-h97m-ww89-6jmq is linked with RUSTSEC-2024-0421. Both mention CVE-2024-12224 as an alias but we noticed this CVE has not been populated in NVD side.

Rustsec page mentions that in order to get a CVE it should be done either through MITRE or GHSA. Since it's missing from NVD, we thought it may have have been requested by GitHub but not synced with NVD.

If not, is this CVE really assigned to this issue?
