Allow worktree location to be specified.
I want to have a canvas create a new session, and the invoke commands (speckit) but the new worktree is outside of the root of a local repo. Spec kit is not installed there. I want to be able to select the location fo the worktree such that it inherits the commands available at the root of the local repo.
