Harness test has two scenarios for handling permission gracefully:

• permission_handler_errors_gracefully.yaml
• should_handle_permission_handler_errors_gracefully.yaml

It looks like the first snapshot file, permission_handler_errors_gracefully.yaml has an incomplete set of messages, while the other one should_handle_permission_handler_errors_gracefully.yaml is complete.

Can the SDK team confirm which test snapshot should be used? And if both need to be tested, then what is the difference between them?
