Is your feature request related to a problem?

Yes. When the report is made, it only shows the author currently who may or may not be the responsible party, aka the assignee. Also the issue may be created and assigned at different times, showing both diffs could be very useful.

Show both author and assignee (or maybe just assignee) on report.
Include creation time and time of assignment diffs.
