Any recommendations for introducing the idea of implementing Innersource and Innersource Culture to one's manager/company as both a newbie to the company and also a newbie to the tech sector? This all sounds very exciting and I believe my company could benefit from this. |

Today we are private by default inside RBC. We keep talking about changing that to public by default with private per exception. There will be work like putting in automation / checks to ensure sensitive information is contained / cleaned/masked accordingly ... but that is work on our backlog . |

@anvacca Where has RBC landed with regard to public repositories? Are them limited to specific "inner source" initiatives, or are you more "open by default" now?
