Summary of the feature request

https://cloud.google.com/python/docs/reference provides a table that lists Google Cloud products, along with client libraries for each product. That table is built using the .repo-metadata.json file for each package.

Right now, the list of client libraries for Security Command Center is incomplete. Per @tbpg, the way to fix this is to use the same api_id for each package that belongs to Security Command Center. I'm working on a PR that does this.
