Fix `many_plans` scenario failing to resolve some field

The [Grafbase benchmark](https://github.com/grafbase/graphql-federation-benchmarks) uncovered an issue with the stitching execution.

When running the `many_plans` scenario, some fields are resolved with a `null` value instead of the expected result.
