Describe the bug

I started using the docker image python:3.13.0-alpine3.20 and wanted to install the current version of python-can

The following error occured:
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement msgpack~=1.0.0; platform_system != "Windows" (from python-can) (from versions: 1.1.0rc2, 1.1.0)

I know I can use the old docker image python:3.12.0-alpine3.18 with msgpack 1.0.8 as before, but it would be nice if somebody could try to make python-can work with msgpack 1.1.0

To Reproduce

Write in your Dockerfile:

FROM python:3.13.0-alpine3.20
RUN pip install --only-binary=:all: --no-cache-dir python-can == 4.4.2

Expected behavior

Python-Can should be installing

OS and version: Alpine 3.20
Python version: 3.13
python-can version: 4.4.2
