Previously, the coverage action was destined to fail on pull requests. I have split the coverage action into a separate file, which now only runs on pushes to develop or master. Also, I deleted the jsontests.yml configuration, which was redundant (the spec tests ended up being implemented in ci.yml, which has been renamed tests.yml).
