📝 hexnotes — Self-hosted note-taking with a REST API. Notes as plain .md files, no database, PWA + AI-agent friendly.

Most of my interesting projects live on self-hosted infrastructure — home lab, VPS, Cloudflare Workers. Not everything ends up public.
