I’ve just purchased a Home Assistant Green and I’m trying to use it for the first time. I feel like most of your documentation is written for people that are used to working with code. Your instructions are peppered jargon that I don’t recognise nor understand. I really wish you would use plain language when describing what things are and what needs to happen.

I have also purchased a Home Assistant Connect. The name is a lie, because it will not connect.

I’ve searched your forum for answers and found multiple posts that are many years old. None of the situations are quite what I’m facing or experiencing. None of the solutions work.

What I find most distressing is that this is a known issue that has been ongoing for many years without resolution.

If there is a solution, please add it to a trouble-shooting section of your help files. I’ve spent hours searching forum posts dating back years and none of it has been a help.
