The vulnerability is in the glib-networking package for Ubuntu Bionic on which this Docker image is based. Version of the package which would fix the vulnerability is not available.

Given that the image should be used as a command line tool when generating a static website and is not usually deployed to any server, the risk of using this image even with the vulnerability is very low.
