Stipends 1.1 Readme

Requires Magfilter to function: https://github.com/Mag-nus/Mag-Plugins/releases

Setup:

1. If your hometown is not arwic, embed a nav that can get all of your characters to Monroe in Arwic. (from bindstone works best if all are not lifestoned inside arwic)
2. in the donetalking state, edit your character names into this. start with the second character in your list. Do not start with character 0 (your first character in the login list).
3. let it fly!
